Deputies need help finding missing teen with mental health issues who jumped from moving vehicle, fled – WWSB Express News

Aliza Hernandez was picked up by her father from Centerstone Behavioral Health on Thuesday, where she had been evaluated under Baker Act criteria. Around 4:20pm, while her father was driving home, deputies say they got into a disagreement and Hernandez jumped from the car while it was located at 51st Avenue and 15th Street E in Bradenton.
